I made this and left the kale a little courser than a typical pesto. I tossed it with Melina's squash ravioli (sqaures cut in half, to let the squash "leak" out).. YUMM!! It was like a veggie casserole, and had so much flavor! Thanks!

This is a great weeknight dinner if you have pizza dough or premade crust handy. You can add just about anything, though this is our favorite combination.

I like this idea, looks delicious, and creative! If I have time, I usually try to make my own dough, mainly because I never have a premade dough on hand, and don't want to make a special trip. Thanks, Rob! It's a variation of an Italian recipe for pizza alla bismark. It's a great week night dinner or even brunch, and you can add pretty much anything you want. Even a small pizza is pretty filling. We make our own dough too, and freeze it in small batches.

I couldn't resist adding extra garlic and lemon juice, but this made a wonderful meal - very much like a hash with the poached eggs on top. Thank you!

1/3 vinegar,
1/3 cup orange juice
splash of soy sauce.

Mix together and toss with kale. Let it sit for at least 4 hours, but overnight is better.
