This is a great weeknight dinner if you have pizza dough or premade crust handy. You can add just about anything, though this is our favorite combination.
What you need:
4-5 slices of bacon (optional, of course)

If I have time, I usually try to make my own dough, mainly because I never have a premade dough on hand, and don't want to make a special trip. I usually use this recipe, which is pretty quick and easy:

It's a great week night dinner or even brunch, and you can add pretty much anything you want. Even a small pizza is pretty filling. 1/3 olive oil,
1/3 vinegar,
1/3 cup orange juice
splash of soy sauce.
Mix together and toss with kale. Let it sit for at least 4 hours, but overnight is better. | | Next >> |
