This week we had the Bloomin Lunitas semi-aged cheese from the Hillsborough Cheese Company on special for half price. These were great! The farmer's cheese from Hillsborough Cheese Company melts beautifully and has a great flavor. This is for two portions.
4 flour tortillas
2 links Mexican chorizo (we used Rainbow Meadow Farms' chorizo- VERY good!)
