Tomato Mozzarella Sandwich

Ingredients
1 Lemon Boy tomato
1 oz. fresh mozzarella
1 wheat Kaiser roll
Basil or Italian seasonings


Directions
Slice 2 thick slices of tomato and place on one side of open faced Kaiser roll. Set remainder of tomato aside. Slice about 1 oz. of fresh mozzarella and place on other side of roll. Top with desired amount of basil or Italian seasonings. Toast in toaster oven or under broiler until cheese starts to bubble. Close sandwich and let cool for 1-2 minutes. Serve with fresh slices of the remainder of tomato on the side. Enjoy!

Variations
Add garlic, fresh ground pepper, or any other seasonings you desire. Experiment with different varieties of tomatoes and cheeses.
