This is a nice recipe if you regularly get ground beef and are looking for something different to do with it. I adapted the recipe from Saveur. It's basically French hamburger.

I like this idea, looks delicious, and creative! If I have time, I usually try to make my own dough, mainly because I never have a premade dough on hand, and don't want to make a special trip. Thanks, Rob! It's a variation of an Italian recipe for pizza alla bismark. It's a great week night dinner or even brunch, and you can add pretty much anything you want. Even a small pizza is pretty filling. We make our own dough too, and freeze it in small batches.

2 tomatoes, cut into bite sized chunks

1 T red onion, finally sliced
