Handful of pea shoots
Schmear of garlic dill goat cheese
Slices of tomato
= yum!

These pea shoots seem like they would be good in anything where you would put spinach. Raw or sauteed.

I just put out my Papa Spud's box for tomorrow's delivery.  I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of local strawberries, spinach, and sunburst tomatoes, but I just had to share how I used up the last rest of the garlic....
