Easy Meal for One - Pea Shoot Sandwich

Two slices of bread
Handful of pea shoots
Schmear of garlic dill goat cheese
Slices of tomato
= yum!

These pea shoots seem like they would be good in anything where you would put spinach. Raw or sauteed.
