Carol S.(May 27, 2011 at 1:40 pm) You can also braise the cabbage hearts in a covered frying pan. Sautee garlic in olive oil, add split cabbage hearts on low to medium heat, cover and wait until cabbage is a bit browned. Add a tiny bit of liquid if needed as cabbage cooks.
