Cabbage | Lemons |
1/2 medium cabbage
2 tables spoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili garlic paste or crushed red pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1/2 sliced onion (optional)

Thinly chop cabbage and toss with other ingredients. Best if left to sit and mairnate for a little while.

Heirloom Baby Cabbage Hearts: Ingredients:
Cabbage
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper

Slice the cabbage length ways down the center; yielding two pieces.
Place in a steamer. Steam until the thicker end is fork tender.
Drizzle with Olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste....
