INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root

Cubed ham is very much like a pork steak or a pork chop without the bone. It can be prepared any way you would prepare a pork steak or chop, but here is one easy recipe:
1 T butter

(Apr 4, 2014 at 1:53 pm)thank you so much for this recipe! i had never even heard of cube ham before, let alone cooked it, so your recipe was a gift. i seasoned the cube steaks with Creole seasoning, and dredged them in some whole wheat flour prior to cooking them - thanks for the clear instructions NOT TO OVER COOK them, i am sure that i would have, otherwise!
i used beef stock because that was what i had on hand; and i used a combination of chives, thyme and rosemary. DELICIOUS!! |  (Christine M.) |
