Ingredients: 1 Recipe Garlic Pizza Crust (See under garlic)
1-2C Basic Tomato Sauce (See under tomato)
1C Portabella Mushrooms
1C Onions Diced
1C Green Onions sliced
1C Green Peppers Diced
1C Red Pepper Diced
3/4C Broccoli Diced
3/4 Chopped Tomatoes
2-3C Shreaded Mozz Cheese
Method: Preheat oven to 425.
1. Roll out garlic pizza dough 1/2 inch thick to fit the pizza pans or stones.
2. Spread out tomato sauce to the edge of the dough.
3. Top each pizza with 1/2 of the mushrooms, onions, green onions,
red peppers, green peppers, broccoli, and chopped tomatoes.
4. Top a bit more tomato sauce (optional).
5. Top with cheese.
6. Bake 15-20 mins.
7. Cool 5 mins before eating.
