Ingredients: As many burrito wraps and/or
taco shells to be eaten
2# Ground Turkey w/carrots (Recipe under Carrot)
2# Refried Beans (Recipe under Onion)
1C Green Onions diced
1C Red Pepper diced
1C Green Pepper diced
11/2C Sheaded Cheese
1C Sour Cream
11/2C Lettuce diced
2C Basic Salsa (Recipe under Tomatoes) Method: 1. In separate pots heat the turkey and refired beans.
2. Put each ingredient in its own bowl with a serving
utensil.
3. Have people make their burrito and/taco to
his/her liking.
German Warm Potato Salad with Chard: 1 bunch chard
2 baking potatoes
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
2-3 T olive oil
2 T balsamic vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1-2 T sugar
red pepper flakes
Bacon, bacon substitute, or neither
