Mexican Salad

Carrots | Lettuce | Mushrooms | Onions |
Ingredients:
1C Refried Beans (See recipe under Onions)
1C Ground Turkey with Carrots (See recipe under Carrots)
1/2 Red Pepper
1/2 Portabella Mushroom cut into chunks
1/2C Shreaded Cheese (Your choice)
4 Ribs Romaine Lettuce
Sour Cream (optional)
Salsa (optional)

Method:
1. Wash the lettcue. Leave whole or
tear into pieces.
2. Heat Refried Beans in a pan or microwave.
3. Heat Ground Turkey in a pan or microwave.
4. Put lettuce on a plate. Top with the refried beans,
ground turkey, mushrooms, and red pepper.
5. Top with shreaded cheese.
6. Top with optional ingredients, if desired.
