Start with browning your favorite sausage & remove from pan before adding potatoes. Then cube Beauregard, white O'Henry, Purple Sweet Potatoes, & Red Skinned potatoes and put in the skillet with sausage drippings to brown for a few minutes before adding diced yellow onion and diced bell pepper. Once the potatoes, onion, & peppers are cooked through add brocolli florets and reserved sausage. Top with a fried egg & serve! | (Lauren K.) | |
