Saute 3 small leeks OR scallions Saute 1 Elephant Garlic clove Chop one pound washed, pre cooked new potatoes with skins left on Add to the above 4 cups chicken broth Add 1 tsp. Spoon chopped fresh Dill, or more to taste Salt and Black pepper Heat these together. Cool down. Cream in a blender. Reheat, serve: Garnish with garlic chives
