Kale & peas over sweet potato grits

Kale and kohlrabi leaves are sauteed with onion, garlic, and peppers, with diced kohlrabi and cooked field peas added; served over sweet potato grits. All the vegetables except the onions, garlic and peppers in this photo came from Papa Spud's!
