Combine 1 c flour, 1/2 c oats, 1/2 c brown sugar, and 1/2 c butter until crumbly and press into ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Combine 1 1/2 c pumpkin, 1 can evaporated milk, 2 eggs (beaten), 3/4 c sugar, 1/2 ysp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg and pour over crust. Bake for another 20 min at 350.

Combine 1/2 pecans (chopped), 1/2 c brown sugar, and 2 tbs butter until crumbly. sprinkle over top of pumpkin filling and return to over to bake for 15-20 more minutes. cool and cut into 2 inch squares to serve. Also nice with whipped cream topping.
