fresh baby arugula
candied pecans or walnuts
english cucumbers
carmalized onions
fresh parmigiana reggiano shaved
*Amounts can vary according to taste.

Dressing:
Olive Oil
Balsamic vinegar
Honey
2 packets of italian salad dressing

Use amounts acccording to direction on salad packet except substituting honey for the amount of water called for on direction. Drizzle salad dressing over vegtables.
