Ingredients:
2 bunches asparagus
several garlic cloves, peeled & cut into
fourths
olive oil, kosher salt & freshly-ground
pepper
several large sprigs rosemary or other
fresh herb
1 lemon
Method: Preheat oven to 425. Line a large baking pan with foil. Snap tough stem ends off. Put asparagus in pan with tips facing the center. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Sprinkle garlic cloves around pan. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Mix to spread oil evenly. Lay rosemary on top, Roast until tender, ~15 min. Squeeze lemon over asparagus.
