Asparagus/Spinach Salad

Asparagus | Spinach | Strawberries |
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh asparagus - trimmed into 1 inch pieces
1 T cooking oil of choice
1 10 oz pkg firsh spinach - torn into pieces
2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
1/2 cup walnuts - chopped
1/3 C olive oil or walnut oil
3 T raspberry vinegar
1 T honey (or more to taste)

Method:
Salad - Bake asparagus in cooking oil for about 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Do not overcook. Allow to cool. Mix spinach, strawberries, walnuts and asparagus. Dressing - Mix together vinegar, olive oil, and honey in a shakable bottle, pour over salad.
