Ingredients: 2 cups chopped arugula
5 ounces goat cheese
1 tomato chopped
1/4 cup virgin olive oil
2 tsp. minced garlic
8 ounces bowtie pasta
salt & pepper to taste
Method: Cook pasta until al dente. Saute arugula, tomato, garlic, olive oil, and salt & pepper for 1 minute. Drain pasta, and top with arugula mixture and goat cheese, serve! | | |
