Summer Salad

Cucumbers, Slicing | Peppers, Bell, Red, Orange, Yellow... | Tomatoes, Slicing |
Ingredients:
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 cucumbers
2-3 tomatoes
1 red or yellow onion
1 tablespoon fresh herbs (chopped) such as cilantro or basil
Balsamic vinegar and salt/pepper to taste
Kalamata olives (optional)
Crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Method:
Chop all vegetables and herbs. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir together.
