Roasted brussel sprouts

Ingredients:
One package fresh brussel sprouts
Olive oil, enough to lightly coat
Sea salt, about 1 tablespoon

Method:
Wash brussel sprouts. Trim browned stem and remove wilted leaves. Slice brussel sprouts in half. Lighty coat with salt and olive oil. Pleace on baking pan in single layer preferably with flat sides down. Roast for about 30 minutes or until outside are lightly browned and carmelized.
