Ingredients: 1 lb brussel sprouts, ends removed and cut in half
olive oil
2 T Garlic salt
Method: Coat sprouts with oil and garlic salt. Place in a roasting pan (jellyroll pan works good) and roast at 450 degrees for about 20-30 minutes, until sprouts are tender and slightly browned. | | |
