Sprouts |
Ingredients:
1 lb brussel sprouts, quartered
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbl. olive oil
2 Tbl. butter
1 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Chop brussel sprouts into quarters and add sprouts, garlic, oil and butter to large sauce pan. Saute sprouts until tender, about 10 minutes.

Add 1 cup of chicken broth, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer lightly until most of the broth is reduced, about 15 minutes.
