Asian-style Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:
1 lb fresh brussel sprouts--prepare by cutting off the end and making a small "X" there, cut large ones in half if desired
2 T olive oil or butter
1-2 tsp soy sauce
3 T toasted sesame seeds
sesame oil if desired

Method:
Saute sprouts in olive oil over medium heat until just tender. Add soy sauce and steam slightly, about 1 minute. Toss with sesame seeds and serve. (Add sesame oil after cooking.)
