merry w. | honey ginger green beans

Ingredients: 4 tbsp olive oil
1 lb fresh green beans
6 oz mushrooms
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 shallot chopped
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp minced fresh ginger
3 tbsp chopped pecans
Method: Heat oil in skillet until hot. Reduce to medium and add green beans and mushrooms. Saute until crisp tender, about 5 minutes. Add soy sauce, garlic ,honey, ginger. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook until sauce thickens slightly and coats beans. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and serve. 1 person likes this! 5.00 (2 ratings) Mona N.
