honey ginger green beans

Ingredients:
4 tbsp olive oil
1 lb fresh green beans
6 oz mushrooms
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 shallot chopped
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp minced fresh ginger
3 tbsp chopped pecans

Method:
Heat oil in skillet until hot. Reduce to medium and add green beans and mushrooms. Saute until crisp tender, about 5 minutes. Add soy sauce, garlic ,honey, ginger. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook until sauce thickens slightly and coats beans. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and serve.

Made these last week (minus the mushrooms), and my hubby is requesting them again tonight! Thanks so much for posting this :) We followed the recipe last night but used cauliflower and broccoli instead-YUM!
