Ginger Soy Asparagus

Ingredients:
2" long piece of Fresh Ginger very finely chopped
3T Soy Sauce
1# Asparagus
2T Peanut Oil for Wok Method
Large Piece of Aluminum Foil (For Grill Method)
Method:
Grill Method
1.Prehead Grill to Med
2.Put 1/3 of the Ginger in the center of a doubled over piece of aluminum foil.
3.Spread out the aspargus on top of the ginger.
4.Dribble the soy sauce over the asparagus.
5.Sprinkle the rest of the ginger over the asparagus.
6.Fold foil to cover all the asparagus.
7.Grill for 3-4 mins each side.

Wok Method
1.Preheat oil until hot.
2.Chop up asparagus into 1-2 inch pieces.
3.Add asparagus to hot oil, add soy sauce, add ginger.
4.Cook for 4-6 minutes or until done.
