Portobello Mushroom Pastry

Ingredients:
8 ounces portobello mushrooms, sliced
1 large vidalia onion chopped
1/2 cup butter
1 clove fresh garlic pressed
1 package phyllo pastry

Method:
Saute mushrooms and onion in melted butter and garlic and set aside Follow package directions for phyllo pastry, Using 4 sheets brush with melted butter. Cut into 4 inch squares Place each square into muffin pan cup. Fill with mushroom mixture fold in edges. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
