Israeli Carrots

1 lb carrots
Garlic
1 t dried dill
1/2 c fresh cilantro
1/2 t cummin
1/4 t salt
1 T Orange Juice
1 t Olive oil

Boil 1 lb carrots for 4 mins and drain. Blend garlic, dried dill, cilantro, cumin, salt, OJ, EVOO in a blender. Pour on cooked carrots
