Roast Cauliflower

Ingredients:
Head of cauliflower
minced garlic
ground cumin
kosher salt
fresh cracked pepper
olive oil

Method:
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Break cauliflower into small florets and place in a roasting pan. Toss with a generous amount of oilive oil. Sprinkle with cumin, salt and minced garlic. Mix again. Roast for 15 minutes or until cauliflower is slightly soft when poked with a fork.
