We'd also like to introduce Muddy Dog Roasting Company this week as a new local coffee roaster.  Muddy Dog is run out of Morrisville by Jim Pellegrini, an incredibly knowledgeable coffee connoisseur.  Jim spends time every year traveling to coffee producing regions of the world, and is a great resource for further discovering the bean.  To start, we will be offering 1-2 seasonal blends based on Jim's recommendations.  However, if you're looking for more variety, of interested in learning more about coffee on the whole, give Jim and Muddy Dog a call!

Thanks for the warm welcome, Rob! We're excited that Papa Spud's customers can now buy some of our coffees with their weekly delivery. We look forward to offering some seasonal variety through the course of the year.
