We roast our ethically-sourced coffees (many purchased directly from producers) on a state-of-the-art roasting system the is nearly zero-emission and consumes 94% less energy than a conventional system. We were the first roaster in the Southeast and still one of the few in the nation to package our beans in biodegradable, compostable bags. We also source and sell a wide assortment of artisan loose-leaf teas and infusions, and have a small grist mill on the premises where we produce exceptional corn products, including roasted grits and cornmeal.
