Spaghetti Squash Bake

Mushrooms | Peppers, Bell, Green | Squash, Spaghetti | Tomatoes, Slicing |
Ingredients:
Spaghetti Squash
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 20 oz. stewed tomatoes or (10 medium size fresh tomatoes blenderized)
Fresh mushroom (1 container)
Season to taste (Oregano, Italian Seasoning, Basil - fresh or dried)

Method:
Spaghetti - coat baking dish with oil, cut squash in 1/2. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow to cool enough to hold. Using a fork scrap the spaghetti from the halves and put into serving dish. Prepare sauce while spaghetti is baking - combine all ingredients into 2 quart sauce pan. Cook on medium high until sauce begins to boil. Cut tempature down to medium and allow to simmer.
