Berry Glaze w Bits of Berries

Blueberries | Cherries | Strawberries |
Ingredients:
4-5 C Fresh Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries,
Cranberries, or any combination)
1/2 White Sugar
2T Cornstarch
1/2C Cranberry Juice (or Orange, Pineapple, Etc
1/2C Fresh Strawberries diced (Or Blueberries, Blackberries,
Cranberries, or any combinattion)
Lemon or Lime Juice (If needed)

Potato Masher
Method:
1. Rinse and hull the berries.
2. Mash the berries in a stainless steel saucepan with the sugar,
using the potato masher.
3. In a large glass mix the juice and the cornstarch until fully
combined.
4. Stir the juice,cornstarch and bits of berries into the pan.
5. Cook over medium heat stirring for about 5 minuntes.
6. Cook until the mixture is thick and clear.
7. Cool completely before use.
