Ingredients: 1# Cooked chicken Breast--Deboned and Skinned
2-3 Stalks Celery Diced
1-1 1/2 Red Pepper Diced
1C Raisins
3/4C Onions
Mayo or Miracle Whip to taste
Salt (Optional)
Method: 1. Cut up Chicken Breast into chunks
2. In a large mixing bowl combine the onion, celery,
red pepper and raisins.
3. Add enough Mayo or Miracle Whip to taste.
4. Add salt, if desired.
5. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
