Carrot and Pineapple Salad

Carrots | Pineapple |
Ingredients:
6 to 8 carrots, grated
1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained. May use fresh pineapple.
1 8 oz. container plain yogurt, I like to use greek yogurt
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup raisins

Method:
Mix grated carrots and pineapple in a large bowl. In another mixing bowl combine yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic powder and salt. Mix well. Add raisins and stir, then pour mixture over carrots and pineapple and fold together.
Serve immediately or cover and chill until ready to use.
