Fresh Banana Bundt Cake

Ingredients:
Cake
* 1/2 cup Crisco
* 1 1/2 cup sugar
* 1 1/2 cup mashed bananas (the older the better -- about 3 bananas)
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 2 cups cake flour
* 1/2 cup sour Icing
* 4 tsp hot water
* 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
* 1 tsp of rum (optional)

Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 1. Cream Crisco. 2. Slowly add sugar and beat until light. 3. Add bananas, eggs, and vanilla, and beat well. 4. In a different bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. 5. Slowly add the flour mixture to the first bowl until well blended. 6. Slowly add sour cream and beat until well blended. 7. Spread mixture into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan. 8. To make the icing: Beat in confectioners sugar into the hot water. Add rum (optional).
