Avocados |
Ingredients:
3 ripe avocados
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 onion (or to taste)
1 small tomato
2 Tsp lime juice (1 lime)
1 tsp jalapeño sauce (optional)

Method:
Peel and mince a quarter of an onion. Peel and mince garlic. Peel and pit avocados, cut into large pieces. Combine onion, garlic, avocado and lime juice in a small bowl, then mash with a pototo masher. Peel the tomato, and cut into 1/4" chunks. Add the tomato and jalapeño sauce to the avocado mixture, season with salt and pepper to taste, chill about 1/2 hour. Serve with your favorite corn chips, or as a garnish with tacos.
