This week we have 7 different varieties of apples available. Below are descriptions of each apple variety so you can discern one from another, and to help pick out your favorites! Apples are listed in order of the attached photo, from left to right:

1. Suncrisp - light green color, scratchy skin, sweet, slightly tart.
2. Mutsu - cross between golden delicious and granny smith, light green color, sweet and slightly tart.
3. Gala - lighter red, with large sections of yellow, sweet flavor.
4. Goldrush - very crisp, thick skin, solid green color, slightly tart
5. Golden Delicious - very pale green to yellow color, sweet flavor
6. Stayman Winesap - streaked red and green color, tart flavor.
7. Empire - deep red color, sweet flavor.

We'll let them know you are enjoying it. I like it too. They say it's a special blend of apple varieties that they have developed. It's very tasty!
