Support Local Farmers:

We work directly with local, NC farmers to deliver the freshest food from their fields to your door!

• Unlike national brands that ship produce around the country from large agricultural operations, we work directly with the small farmers in our area. Many of the same farmers you see out at local markets. They harvest fresh for us every week, and we carefully pack your box the same day that you receive it. We use our own delivery vehicles and staff to keep everything fresh, safe, and handled with care. This is how local is supposed to work!

Aside from fresher, higher quality food, one of the big benefits of ordering food while it is still in the fields is the ability to coordinate meals based on your weekly needs and desires! Every week we compile a list of suggested recipes and meals that you can order for the upcoming week. Papa Spud's portions out the fresh items from our farm partners, or anything else that you do not have on hand, so that you get meals ready to cook, without any excess or waste. It is a much more efficient system that saves everyone money, avoids trips to the grocery store, and also helps local farms prepare for upcoming demand and needs!

This Week's Menu:

	Hibachi Chicken and Veggies This Japanese-inspired dish served with fried rice and sauteed veggies is even better than takeout! Joyce chicken breasts are marinated in a hoisin, ginger, sesame, and soy stir fry sauce, then sauteed to a golden brown. Add in carrot, mushrooms, onion, and zucchini, and serve it all alongside homemade fried rice. Top it all off with a creamy mustard sauce. This dish features tons of flavors, but comes together very quickly, all in just one pan! A professional and delicious dish you will come back to over and over again! $3.50 per serving
	Italian Style Drunken Noodles with Sausage and Peppers Delicious Italian pasta dish featuring sweet red bell peppers, basil, and of garden fresh tomatoes! The sausage comes to us from Firsthand Foods, and is combined in a silky "drunken" noodle sauce mixed with wide noodles. Fresh parsley and basil elevate dish, perfect for any night of the week! $3.69 per serving
	Beef Stroganoff Delicious, easy to prepare Beef Stroganoff! The version of the classic Russian dish features ground beef from Firsthand Foods, white mushrooms, fresh thyme, and a bit of red cabbage for texture! This dish is prepared in just one pan, and is perfect for any night of the week! $3.63 per serving
	Chicken and Rice Soup Get a cold week started off right with a hot bowl of classic chicken and rice soup! Joyce chicken is cooked and shredded, then combine with onion, celery, carrots, and fresh thyme for plenty of flavor! Add in the rice, and the soup comes together in no time. Super easy to prepare, and sure to hit the spot! $3.50 per serving
	Southwestern Veggie Quesadillas Super fast, easy, delicious veggie quesadillas are the perfect meal for any night of the week! They are fun, festive, and even healthy! Top the quesadillas with your favorite salsa or sauce, or even pack them up as a togo lunch. A meal that the whole family will enjoy! $1.75 per serving
