Ingredients:
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 or 2 kiwi peeled and sliced into thin circles
round or square multigrain crackers or bread cut to be slightly larger than kiwi
fresh raspberries

Method:
Arrange crackers or bread on serving plate. Cover with softened cream cheese. Stack with a fresh kiwi slice. Place a very small amount (1/4 teaspoon) of cream cheese in the center of the kiwi. Top with one fresh raspberry.
