Green Beans Almondine

Ingredients:
3 cups fresh green beans
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
dash of Kosher salt
1/4 cup sliced almonds

Method:
Wash and remove stems from green beans. Steam green beans. While beans are cooking, lightly brown sliced almonds in a small frying pan with lemon juice and salt over low heat. Be careful not to burn mixture. When beans are tender, toss in butter and almond mixture. Coat beans evenly and pour into serving dish.
