This week we have a number of granola and nut butter products available from a local, family-run business called Huntington Kitchen.

Huntington Kitchen was originally conceived on a chilly winter afternoon in late 2010. Jennifer Huntington decided on a whim to bake up a healthy batch of her favorite granola for friends & neighbors for the holidays.

It wasn't long before she was receiving calls & emails about her addictive treat. She started perfecting her recipes for other baked goods & inviting friends over to try them...giant cinnamon rolls with bourbon cream cheese icing, fluffy English muffins made with buttermilk from the local creamery smeared with spicy blood orange fig jam and creamy cashew butter, rich chocolate brownies using the best dark chocolate from the chocolate factory in town, filled with homemade caramel & freshly ground peanut butter.

Baking had always been a hobby of hers, but baking for other people quickly became her passion. As time passed (& her family grew), she decided to leave the corporate world & devote herself entirely to family & her new found craft.

Huntington Kitchen now specializes in creating a unique collection of nut butters and granola featuring all-natural, locally-sourced ingredients. We are serious about our craft & hope that you find comfort in the foods bake for you.

Through Papa Spud's, Huntington Kitchen will offer the following products:

Granolas:

- Carolina Blend: Signature blend of wholesome oats, peanuts, cashews, raisins, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, millet, cinnamon, and honey.

- Peanut Butter Meets Chocolate Blend: Wholesome oats, peanut butter, chocolate, peanuts, almonds, dried cherries, and flax seeds make this blend over the top good.

- Strawberry Banana Breakfast Blend: Positively brilliant blend of dried strawberries, bananas, and cashews. This is the Albert Einstein of granolas... pure genius.

- Maine Blueberry Maple: Every year, our family makes an annual pilgrimage to a quaint, rural town in the woods of Maine. This combination of maple syrup and blueberries are mixed with almonds & pecans to create a mix that really brings us back.
