Local, pasture-raised turkeys are still available for Thanksgiving, 2012. Turkeys can be reserved with the following farms for pickup before the holiday:
Rainbow Meadow Farms: Contact Sandra or Genell at (252)747-5000 or rainbowfarms@esn.net for more information. Turkeys can be picked up at the RMF booth at the State Farmer's Market after ordering.
Cozi Farm in Mebane: Contact Suzanne at info@cozifarms.com for more information. Turkeys can be picked up from the farm the Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving.
