The following chart gives storage recommendations for products currently available in October deliveries. Products are categorized by period of time that they can be stored for best results, as well as where they should be stored (refrigerator or counter).

3-5 days:
Salad Mix - Refrigerate

5-7 days:
Arugula - Refrigerate
Beans, Green - Refrigerate
Broccoli - Refrigerate
Greens, Collards - Refrigerate
Greens, Kale - Refrigerate
Greens, Mustard - Refrigerate
