Some folks have recently inquired about our holiday delivery schedule, so we wanted to get that information out there to help you better plan your holiday needs. We will be delivering the Tuesday and Wednesday before Thanksgiving (November 22nd & 23rd), and would love to help you stock up on sweet potatoes, squashes, pumpkins, and other Thanksgiving treats! We will not be delivering the week between Christmas and New Year's (December 27th & 28th), but will resume deliveries the first week of January (January 3rd & 4th).

Deliveries will continue through the winter, as we are a year-round service, and feel it is very important to provide local demand for growers throughout the year, so that they can continue to grow and advance their operations. We will supplement our offerings with regional and out-of-state produce, but the emphasis is always local first and foremost. In the few years we have been offering this service, we have already seen a number of growers extending their growing season significantly, and developing innovative growing systems like local strawberries in December and January. 10 years ago, nobody would have tried to grow strawberries in December, as it was much easier for a grocery store to just ship them in from Mexico, and nobody cared where they were from. However, thanks to your demand for more local products, and more winter diversity, it makes sense for growers to make this sort of advancement and leap. Thank you for your support!
