Old-fashioned lentil stew featuring French Green Lentils, Local Spinach from Wise Farm, and Ciabatta bread from La Farm Bakery. French lentils are slow cooked with onion, fennel, carrots, and thyme. Add the fresh spinach, and serve over garlic buttered crostini made with fresh baked ciabatta. A delicious and healthy weeknight meal!
