Stroganoff, typically with beef, originates in mid-19th century Russia! This lighter version of the classic Russian dish features paprika spiced chicken instead of beef, served over a bed of sauteed mushrooms, peppers, onions, and radishes, in a white wine and sour cream sauce. Top it all of with some fresh parsley, and crispy fried German Spaetzle pasta! A delicious and balanced dish, perfect for a cool October night!
