We have two new varieties of fall apples to add to the order page this week-- Cameo and Stayman-Winesap! Cameo apples are a relatively new variety first cultivated in Washington State in 1987. They are a striped red apple with a delicious sweet flavor, perfect for fresh eating. Stayman-Winesap is a cross between Stayman and Winesap, and has a tart, rich, wine-like flavor. Both apple varieties are delicious eating apples and perfect for pies, tarts, sauces, muffins, and breads!
