We have sweet Sugar Snap Peas, Snow Peas, and English Shelling Peas back on the list this week! The season is winding down on Spring peas, so make sure you enjoy these sweet treats while they are available. Sugar Snap Peas are perfect raw or after light cooking! Snow peas are great in salads or stir frys. And, English Peas are shelled and can be enjoyed on salads, pureed into a sauce, steamed or boiled, or served along with meat in an entree!
